League Play & Results

From U12-U18, Bays United teams compete in a Greater Victoria regional league of youth soccer clubs, organized by the Lower Island Soccer Association (LISA). U12 plays a small-format game of 8v8 (instead of 11v11) and has Gold and Silver competitive divisions. U13-U18 play standard 11v11 soccer and have Gold, Silver and Bronze divisions.

Bays United teams have an accomplished history in league play against local rival clubs that include Gordon Head, Lakehill, Gorge, Cordova Bay, Prospect Lake, Juan de Fuca, Peninsula, Sooke, Cowichan and Saltspring Island. FAQ for December 2008: What is our club's Intra-Club Permit Policy?

Bays United follows the LISA policy. LISA allows teams in a club to bring up players from a lower division to play in league games by using an Intra-Club Permit. Intra-Club Permits cannot be used for Cup Play. The Intra-Club Permit is found on the LISA Website in the forms page. A maximum of 3 players are allowed to be permitted for any given game.
