Hi Bays Players,

If your player wishes to play for the 2010-2011 season please note that the early registration ($25 reduction in fees) deadline is May 31st, 2010. Please register on-line at http://baysunited.ca/registration/registration.aspx and print, date and sign the completed registration form that will be emailed to you and submit with all fees and documentation required (instructions in the email) by mail. Register on-line and complete* your registration by May 31st, to be eligible for the early registration fee. Registration documentation, fees, and any additional information required must be received by the Registrar by mail by May 31st, 2010 to be eligible.

IF WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SIGNED REGISTRATION FORM THE PLAYER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TRY OUT AT ASSESSMENTS – IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH YOUR TAX RECEIPT ATTACHED PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PLAYER BRINGS THE SIGNED FORM AT THE BEGINNING OF THE FIRST ASSESSMENT ONLY. Please see the U12-U18 assessment page or the U6-U11 assessment page for complete assessment details.

1.     All players interested in being selected to Gold or Silver teams must attend all scheduled assessment dates for your age division. Failure to attend one or more assessment dates may mean you are omitted from the Gold or Silver team due to insufficient assessment data. Because Bays has 1300 players, it is impossible to accommodate everyone’s schedule. Players interested in playing at the Bronze level are strongly recommended to attend all sessions to help establish balanced Bronze teams.

2.     After the official assessment sessions are completed, some players may be called to an invite-only session at the discretion of the Coach. This is for additional assurance and "fine-tuning" of team selections.

3.     If you have any questions about the assessments, please contact Ronna at coachcom3@baysunited.ca. If you have any registration questions, please contact the Registrar at registration@baysunited.ca.

Remember to check your email for your tax receipt which is issued automatically by the on-line registration system to your email address when your registration is completed.

FAQ for December 2008: What is our club's Intra-Club Permit Policy?

Bays United follows the LISA policy. LISA allows teams in a club to bring up players from a lower division to play in league games by using an Intra-Club Permit. Intra-Club Permits cannot be used for Cup Play. The Intra-Club Permit is found on the LISA Website in the forms page. A maximum of 3 players are allowed to be permitted for any given game.
